WeChat Channels debuts one-hour-long videos · TechNode

WeChat Channels now allows users to upload one-hour-long videos. That’s double the previous limit for the super app’s video product. When launched in 2020, WeChat Channels only supported one-minute-long videos. ByteDance’s Douyin may also be adding long-form videos soon. Last month, it reportedly began testing a new portal for users to quickly access long video content.
